Introduction
This book is the International English Edition of the monograph in Italian language published in first edition with only one volume in the year 2009 and second edition with two volumes in the year 2016, but this English Edition compared with Italian version is very different why have only some chapter translated, while for the rest is new as the “List of Champions” (with photos) from the year 2010 was compiled on purpose for this International version. The “List of Champions” of this book in fact is compound of winners of FCI World Dog Shows, FCI European Dog Shows, Crufts Dog Shows in Birmingham (UK), National Specialties in France, Westminster Dog Shows in New York (USA) and National Specialties in Spain. This volume so is really an International Edition in language more widespread in the world.
The Author
Fabio C. Fioravanzi, author of this book, has a personal bibliography with sundry titles, with some monographs only about Belgian Sheperd Dog in Italian, Français and Spanish languages. Prolific writer with many decennial experience non only as author but specially as breeder. Owner of the Kennel with affix “del Colle Ombroso” in fact is breeder of the Belgian Sheperd Dog for tradition of family (the father had the historical affix “di Colfosco”), with very champions in Italy and other countries, but also FCI World Winners. Very Belgian Sheperd Dogs “del Colle Ombroso” was exported in many countries, also in Belgium, France and USA. Fabio C. Fioravanzi is also political television journalist.
